Leveling
Leveling & repairing your concrete is the most cost-effective way to achieve beautiful concrete without paying the high price for new concrete. It’s important to stop sinking concrete before it becomes too damaged to repair. Plus, with concrete leveling, there is little to no downtime. You can get back to using your concrete the same day. Restoration Concrete uses a distinct method for raising concrete called mudjacking. In order to restore the position of your concrete, we must raise the slab upward slowly. This provides a controlled lift and protects the concrete from further damage.
The Leveling Process
We start by drilling small holes into the concrete. We then pump the desired compound under the concrete slab slowly. As the compound fills the space, it will begin to slowly lift the concrete upward. Once we have reached the perfect position, we patch the holes and you’re good to go.

Sealing
Untreated concrete is like hanging your money out to disintegrate. Protect your investment by adding a sealant. Sealing your concrete is important to maintain the integrity of your concrete for years to come. By adding a barrier between your concrete and water, you’re saving yourself from having to repair spalls, pits, cracks, and complete breakdowns in your concrete.
The Sealing Process
Restoration Concrete starts by power washing your concrete space, ensuring a nice clean base. Then we layer on the desired sealant and let it cure for the time needed. The method for application and time needed to cure varies by sealant type. One form of sealant we use is DensiCrete, it makes the concrete harder and protects from salt.

Caulking
Caulking can be used in concrete seams and cracks to prevent further damage and make it harder for water to penetrate. If you don’t caulk these areas, water can seep into them causing them to freeze and thaw repeatedly. This exacerbates the problem and creates bigger cracks. Additionally, caulking your concrete joints, seams, and cracks prevents weeds from growing and makes shoveling snow much easier.
